Our Oregon Health Plan CCO is Changing from WVCH to Pacific Source

SPC’s contract with Willamette Valley Community Health (WVCH) is changing to Pacific Source CCO!

Salem Pediatric Clinic will be contracted with Pacific Source as our Oregon Health Plan Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). To keep SPC as your medical home, please choose Pacific Source as your CCO. If your matched plan is already Pacific Source CCO you don’t have to do anything!
